This document provides Terms of Services (“Terms”) for website WorldCamera (“Presentation”).
These Terms are valid from 1.12.2012 and all previous versions of Terms become void. The Provider is entitled to modify the Terms anytime, without previous notice, just publishing the new Terms on the WorldCamera.net portal.

The Provider of Presentation is the company disti s.r.o., Lužná 716/2, 160 00 Prague 6, EU-VAT Reg.Nr.: CZ29019770, Company ID Nr.: 29019770 (“Provider”).

Author
Author of all source code is the Provider.
Provider is the owner of all presented texts. For all presented cameras a static view was created, derived from live stream of current data at the moment of creating this snapshot. Authorship of image/video taken by camera and the preview image belongs to camera owner or provider. In the Copyright box of the detailed camera description we refer to copyrighted camera operator or provider.

This web site is protected by copyrights and rights of authors of published texts and images by Copyright Law, Act No. 121/2000. According to § 30 of Act No. 121/2000. the user has right to print or copy the web site content for personal use, provided that these materials will be use exclusively for this purpose and its content will be not modified or copyright will not be breached corresponding to § 11 and § 12 of Law No. 121/2000.
